This custom order process is for those of you who have an idea of what you would like but are not exactly sure how it would look like. We would create a CAD image of what the designed piece would look like according to the specifications of the client.

With many years of experience as a jeweler, I have the creative design team and expertise to make sure you like your product. Remember, 100% customer satisfaction is my priority!

As this is Digital File 3D CAD Design, However, please allow 3-4 days for the complete initial CAD designs version.

𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:-
↦ upon the purchase of this link, $36 will be used to design your jewelry (up to limited variations (3 to 4) of the same design concept in 3D CAD images), provide you with pictures, and communicate throughout the entire process.
↦ this $36 will be applied to the total cost of the jewelry. In case you change your mind for any reason, the $36 is non-refundable as it covers the labor and time.
↦ You will receive the STL file via email or download, for any 3D printing. It will cost you additionally. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping Policy:

We offer international shipping, which takes 8–14 business days after dispatch. If the item is available at our NYC office, we can offer overnight U.S. shipping upon request for an additional fee.All orders are insured and trackable, with signature on delivery available upon request.

If there's a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we're happy to offer a free repair. Please note, returns based on personal preference after delivery are not eligible. For concerns after 30 days, repairs may still be available at a charge.
