If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy with your item. If there is any issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, we can repair it and ship it back to you. However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. My wedding ring and bands are gorgeous and beautiful. This was my first time making anything custom from Ouros Jewels and I have to say just amazing. This company worked with me the whole the way through and Vijay was patient and responded back as quick as possible. I was very uncomfortable at first especially when it came down to payment but Vijay wanted to make me as comfortable as possible with sending payments and insured me that my money was secured... I will have to get another ring made only due to my stone not being as big as I would like (looked a little bigger in video) and it's fits two flush to my finger but other than that the design is perfect and crafted as I imagined it. I am currently making my fiancé ring and I know it will come out amazing. Thank you Vijay and look forward to any more creations.
