Ouros Jewels – E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• This E-Gift Card program is operated by Ouros Jewels (“we”, “us”, “our”). 
• By purchasing or using an Ouros Jewels E-Gift Card (“E-Gift Card”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Nature of the E-Gift Card

• Ouros Jewels issues digital-only E-Gift Cards delivered via email.
• E-Gift Cards contain a unique redemption code usable exclusively on ourosjewels.com.
• No physical card will be issued.
  

  2. Purchasing E-Gift Cards

• E-Gift Cards can be purchased only through our official website.
• The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct recipient email address.
• Once purchased, an E-Gift Card will be emailed directly to the recipient with the unique code.
  

  3. Redemption

• E-Gift Cards can be redeemed online only at checkout by entering the unique code.
• E-Gift Cards can be used for full or partial payment of any product available online.
• Multiple E-Gift Cards cannot be applied in a single transaction.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the E-Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  

  4. Validity & Expiry

• E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Any remaining balance after expiry is automatically forfeited and will not be refunded.
• Checking your balance constitutes “use” and resets the validity period (if you choose this option).
  

  5. Balance & Partial Use

• E-Gift Cards can be used multiple times until the balance reaches zero or the card expires.
• Your updated balance will be displayed during checkout.
  

  6. Refunds & Returns

• E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
• If you return an item purchased using an E-Gift Card, the refunded amount will be credited back to an E-Gift Card only.
• Refunds will not be issued in cash, bank transfer, or other payment forms.
