If there's a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we're happy to offer a free repair. Please note, returns based on personal preference after delivery are not eligible. For concerns after 30 days, repairs may still be available at a charge.

I am pleased with the final ring (top one) It is a custom design that I sent a photoshopped mock up of. Vijay then produced a CAD model based on that and physical resin version before I ordered it.

It’s not 100% perfect (the square stones move slightly in the setting & they were supposed to be smaller in height that the larger round ones, also the bezels arent 100% symmetrical)

But, I am being picky a perfectionist & it is perhaps as close to perfect as is actually possible!

It looks a lot better in reality than in the photos.

Working with Ouros was super speedy at the start but after I placed my order, promised dates/times did slip a few times. Vijay does answer messages really quickly though.

Despite anything less that 100%, I would still recommend this shop to a friend who was after a custom lab grown diamond ring.
