I ordered a diamond ring in platinum (see pic). It is absolutely STUNNING and everything I expected it to be.

The merchant is very professional. The process was thorough and organized. I received a CAD drawing for approval prior to making the ring. I requested an edit, the second CAD drawing was submitted to me for approval. I approved, then they created the ring. I received a video of the ring prior to shipment. I was asked to confirm my shipping address. I was sent a video of my ring during its diamond testing.

I am now ordering another item from this merchant. I recommended it to my family and friends as well. I will continue to be their customer.
