If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. Ouros Jewels was very attentive while designing the earrings showing me CGI pics of the plans. I ordered 1.5 tcw 14K white gold diamond studs , EF colour and VS quality. the screwbacks are OK, although they could have been bigger for greater ease of handling. I suspect a silicone backing could also be used. All went well , however they forgot the certificate as orginially requested but later sent me a pdf file of the certificate. yes I'd recommend these earrings from Ouros Jewels.

Beautiful earnings, great communication with seller. Received earnings much earlier than promised and shipping was super fast. Smaller than I was thinking they would be but at no fault to the seller they send you exact dimensions and a cad drawing for approval before making the earrings. I would buy again.

The earrings are beautiful, and the diamonds are sparkly. The customer service was very nice, responsive and patient. I will definitely order more custom jewellery pieces from here. However, there is one thing that I hope they can improve to push it to a higher quality. Some of the diamonds are not set horizontally flat inside the prongs. Some pair of prongs seem not to fit with its diamond, as a result the diamond is not entirely held within the base. Though I have already worn them several times and the diamonds are fine and have not fallen off.
