If the product is available at our NYC office, we can also offer overnight shipping upon request, with a nominal additional charge.

Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy with your item. If there is any issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, we can repair it and ship it back to you. However, once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If any issue arises after 30 days of delivery, you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair it for you. 100% will be ordering more jewelry!! Love love love! So helpful with my questions and my ring is GORGEOUS!
UPDATE: One of my diamonds popped out shortly after receiving it. OurosJewels was exceptionally helpful and paid for the ring to be fixed. He was very apologetic and made sure I was happy in the end. I would still highly recommend and it sounds like the diamond popping out was just a fluke. 5 STARS!
UPDATE PART2
I had another issue with diamonds falling out, and I even lost one completely. I contacted Vijay and explained the situation. Not even really asking for anything, just more letting him know the diamonds keep falling out. He was extremely helpful, all I had to do was pay to ship the ring to a Jeweler in the US and they fixed my ring AND got me a diamond AT NO CHARGE. My ring looks better than ever ❤️
